The digital learning modules enable participants to familiarize themselves with the theoretical basics of start-up independently and at their own pace, or quickly access step-by-step guides for specific questions that arise in their everyday work. The in-person sessions are then specifically designed to help participants apply their newly acquired knowledge in practice, carry out typical start-up processes, and gradually build their confidence in performing these tasks.
