The goal of the seminar is to acquire the following skills:

  • Installing and cabling the robot controller and robot arm correctly
  • Performing mastering, tool calibration and workpiece calibration with iiQKA.OS2
  • Establishing communication between the robot controller, PLC and robot periphery (e.g. gripper system) by means of start-up and configuration of field bus systems using iiQWorks.Sim
  • Operating and jogging the robot system in accordance with the applicable safety regulations and perform basic programming tasks

  • Structuring programs using local, simple variables, loops and subprograms in KRL (KUKA Robot Language)
  • Programming user messages in KRL
  • Programming movements with calculated positions and relative movements
  • Programming reactions to sensor or plc input by using interrupt programming

The goal of the seminar is to acquire the following skills:

  • Familiarization with the use and possibilities of the development environment iiQWorks.Sim (Basic) as a programming environment

  • Creating new programs, based on existing ones and adapting them to change

The goal of the seminar is to acquire the following skills:
