Objective
The goal of the seminar is to be able to:
  • operate a robot cell compliant with robot safety regulations
  • jog the robot in all available coordinate systems
  • carry out the commissioning procedures mastering and tool/base calibration
  • create robot programs with movements and logic functions by using KUKA inline forms
  • declare and use local simple variables, loop and global sub-programs in KRL (KUKA robot language)

  • knowledge and usage of the coordinate systems
  • methods of tool calibration and tool payload
  • to realise a mastering
  • to realise a calibrating of a work piece
  • usage of the navigator, creating programs and archiving of programs
  • usage of motion programming
  • insert, delete and manipulate points
  • limited position correction
  • usage of logic and gripper programming
  • introduction to the expert level
  • work with automatic mode
Completion
  • The course ends with an achievement test
  • A certificate is issued on successful completion of the course
