Robot and system programmers and start-up technicians integrate robots into a system and establish communications between the robot and other cell components. They create robot programs on different systems from scratch and modify existing robot programs.
A robot programmer plans and creates simple and complex robot programs for different systems, modifies them and adds new functionalities. Participants in these seminars learn how to implement automation tasks in the form of structured robot programs, and to optimize program run times. They are thus able to speed up production and make subsequent modification of the program easier. System programmers link the robot controller to the peripheral equipment. For this, they learn how to use common field bus systems. Further seminar topics are the integration of external axes and kinematic systems, vision and conveyor systems, the configuration of RoboTeam systems, and data exchange.
