Objective
The participants in this seminar are trained in the fundamentals of proper maintenance and repair work for robot arms of the KR CYBERTECH series.
Prerequisites
  • Vocational training in a mechanical trade is useful
  • Safety footwear is a prerequisite for all course participants
Contents
  • Proper use of the safety facilities for KUKA industrial robots
  • Operating the robot controller to the extent necessary for putting the robot back into service
  • Jogging
  • Recommissioning a robot (installation, connection, start-up, mastering, test programs)
  • Functional principle of the individual components of the robot arm
  • Repair instructions and spare parts catalog
  • Locating the possible cause of mechanical faults
  • Correcting mechanical faults by replacing components
  • Replacing components using the proper robot dismantling and assembly procedures
  • Load data determination
  • Performing preventive maintenance and servicing work
Completion
  • The course ends with an achievement test
  • A certificate is issued on successful completion of the course
