KUKA
Title
In this e-learning you will learn the basics of robotics and get an overview of the individual components of a robot system.
In this e-learning you will learn about the different types of movement and sequences that are possible.
At the end of the e-learning course, you will have acquired or refreshed your knowledge of the structure of a coordinate system. You will know where coordinate systems are positioned in the robot system. You will be able to use the various coordinate systems sensibly in robot operation and programming.
The participant is given an overview of the tasks and roles occurring in conjunction with robot automated production lines and the necessary skills.
The participant is given an overview of how to tackle production downtime in conjunction with robot automated production lines.
You will learn which framework conditions you need to consider in advance in order to safely integrate a robot cell into your production environment. This includes the identification of safety features, the assessment of potential hazards, risk analysis and assessment, knowledge of safety standards and regulations as well as operating instructions and the second set of operating instructions, the identification of responsibilities in the event of accidents and much more.
By the end of this module, you will be able to identify the features and capabilities of KMP 1500 P and KMR iisy – two of KUKA´s latest Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). You will understand the benefits of integrating KUKA AMRs into a production environment. You will be able to outline the key features of KUKA.AMR Fleet, an intelligent fleet system software for managing KUKA AMRs. You can identify various options to integrate AMRs into a production environment. You can recognize the value of the training programs offered by KUKA.
In this e-learning you will get to know the iiQKA user interface and get a first insight into the system software "iiQKA V1.0".
In this e-learning you will learn basic knowledge about the technology, measuring methods and the procedure for position mastering. The information refers to the "LBR iisy" with the system software "iiQKA Version 1.0".
In this e-learning you will learn the basic knowledge about connecting external devices to the discrete interface of the controller.
In this e-learning you will get to know the iiQKA user interface and get a first insight into the system software "iiQKA V1.0".
In this tutorial you will get to know various tools of KUKA.Sim 4.0 in short learning units. It serves as an additional familiarization with the software.
